The regular rate on this room is $150 per week, but if you prepay for 4 weeks it is only $140 per week including all taxes. All rooms require a $100 deposit. No hidden charges, Cable TV & internet and all utilities included. Fully furnished efficiency including apartment size refrigerator, gas stove, microwave, television. Furniture includes bed with bedding, couch, chair, dinette. In room wireless Internet and on site laundry room. $150 weekly for one person and only $25 for a second.
