We have an exciting opportunity for a Product Manager to join our Product Strategy Team. The Product Strategy Team partners with a variety of cross functional teams including Business Development, Engineering, Product Development & Innovation, Marketing, and Production to manage day to day requirements of the product lines, supporting Marketing collateral efforts, research and data compilation, and project leadership. This role is both strategic and tactical in nature, depending on the status of any given project.

Key Responsibilities:

● Become an expert on our products, our customers, their operations, and trends in the industry
● Drive revenue and profitability through Strategic Accounts by developing business cases to support or challenge development opportunities
● Manage product lifecycle and market based pricing (and exceptions) for new and existing products
● Conduct market research and customer visits to identify requirements for current and future products
● Lead New Product Development teams using the Stage-Gate and Scrum
● Challenge the status quo to create a best-in-class category that aligns with company strategy
● Create training and promotional materials in support of New Product initiatives
● Provide support for client visits, sales presentations and product demos
● Maintain effective dialogue with our International Customer Experience teams to ensure strategic accounts are getting the appropriate support

Requirements:

● Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or a technical field (MBA a plus).
● Minimum of 5 -7 years of professional experience.
● Excellent verbal and written communication, organization, and time-management skills.
● Someone who is self-motivated, a team player, and has a desire to grow, based on his/her performance.
● Ability to work with highly technical products at a global level.
● Proven leadership and the confidence to prioritize and make tough decisions.
● Accountable for results with a sense of urgency to realize goals.
● Ability to consistently handle a large volume of work well.
● Ability to travel nationally and internationally to support trade show and customer visits as needed.
